Transform Community Project (TCP) is a community-based organization founded in 2012 in Trans Nzoia County, Kenya, to support vulnerable children, youth, women, and families. What began as a compassionate response by the founder to help orphans and struggling families has grown into a trusted community organization delivering education support, technology access, vocational training, and environmental programs. Through grassroots initiatives and strong community partnerships, TCP is committed to restoring hope, empowering lives, and creating sustainable change for present and future generations.

Founder of Transform Community Project (TCP), established the organization in 2012 out of compassion for vulnerable children and families in her community. After experiencing personal hardship, she was inspired to support orphans, street children, and struggling households using her own resources. Her determination and kindness laid the foundation for TCP, which continues to transform lives through education, care, and empowerment.
